Evidence-based therapy for better sleep and overall wellbeing.
Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.
Getting a solid night of sleep can feel like a luxury, especially when life’s demands and unhealed wounds from the past get in the way.
I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping people sleep better, recover from trauma and stress, and find peace and balance with food and their bodies, using evidence-based therapies backed by science and tailored to your goals. These challenges are often deeply connected, and healing one can often open the door to healing the others. Together, we’ll work toward more restful nights and a life that feels like your own again.
I’m so glad you’re reaching out for support. Prioritizing your health takes courage, and I look forward to supporting you on your path to rest and recovery.
